Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our shipping process, from delivery times and costs to what happens after you place your order.
Where We Deliver
We proudly ship to all regions of the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping. If you’re located outside the UK, we hope to expand our services in the future, so stay tuned for updates.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–7 working days after your order is dispatched.
- Express Delivery (when available): Arrives within 1–3 working days for those who need their items sooner.
Keep in mind that delivery times may vary during busy periods, such as holidays, promotional sales, or due to unforeseen delays with our courier partners. We’ll keep you informed if any delays are expected.
Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent:
- Orders over £50: Enjoy free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under £50: A flat shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
- Express Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order (available for select items).
You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away:
- Processing: We process orders within 1–2 business days. This includes preparing your items for dispatch and ensuring everything is packed securely.
- Dispatch and Tracking: After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
If you don’t receive your tracking information within 2 business days, please reach out to us, and we’ll sort it out.
Our Delivery Partners
We partner with some of the UK’s most trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our delivery partners include:

Each courier provides reliable service, and we select the best option for your order based on its size, weight, and destination. Your tracking email will specify which courier is delivering your package.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home when the courier attempts delivery, they may:
- Leave your package in a safe place (e.g., a porch, shed, or with a neighbour), if you’ve provided permission.
- Attempt redelivery on another day.
- Leave a card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package at a local collection point.
Please check your tracking information for updates or contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery. If you encounter any issues, let us know, and we’ll assist you in coordinating with the courier.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Promptly: Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing Contact@Spinasshop.com.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy.
- Our Response: We’ll review your case quickly and work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, a refund, or another solution that works for you.
If only part of your order is affected, we may issue a partial refund or send replacement items, depending on what’s most convenient for you.
International Orders
At this time, we do not ship outside the United Kingdom. If you’re interested in international shipping in the future, please let us know, and we’ll notify you if our policies change.
