By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They’re written to be fair, clear, and keep everything running smoothly for both of us.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply when you buy anything from atidas.co.uk as a private customer. The moment you click “Pay Now”, you’re saying “Yep, I accept these”.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices include VAT and any current discounts.
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — even if we change prices later.
• Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
• If we spot an obvious pricing mistake (e.g. a £500 rug listed at £5), we reserve the right to cancel and refund that order.

The “crossed-out” price you sometimes see is just the average high-street price our suppliers told us — it’s for reference only.

3. How to Place an Order

1. Browse and add items to your basket
2. Head to checkout
3. Log in or create an account (we need accurate details for delivery)
4. Double-check your order and delivery address
5. Choose your payment method and complete the purchase

Payments are handled securely — we never see or store your full card details.

Once your payment is approved, you’ll get an order confirmation email. Keep it safe; it’s your proof of purchase.

4. Delivery

• Most in-stock items leave our warehouse within 48 hours (weekdays).
• Delivery times are shown on each product page.
• We ship to the UK, EU, Ireland and a few nearby countries.
• Delivery is to street level only (no carrying upstairs or assembly).
• Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, note it on the driver’s paperwork and take photos straight away.
• Let us know about any problems within 24 hours at support@spinasshop.com— the sooner the better.

Wrong address or missed delivery? A second attempt may come with an extra charge.

5. 14-Day Right to Change Your Mind (Withdrawal)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you want to return it (this doesn’t apply to custom-made or personalised items).

How it works:

• Log into your account → find the order → click “Request Return”
• We’ll give you a return number
• You then have 8 working days to get the item back to us
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• You pay return postage (unless the item is faulty — then we cover it)

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return, usually much faster.

6. Cancelling an Order Before It Ships

• In-stock items: Cancel within 7 days for an 80% refund (20% covers admin). After 7 days but before dispatch = 60% refund.
• Made-to-order items (12–18 week lead time): Sorry, no cancellations possible.
• Already on its way? If you refuse delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

7. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are protected and encrypted.

8. Coupons & Vouchers

• Enter your code at checkout — the discount shows instantly.
• Coupons can’t be used after an order is placed or exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers act like store credit and are valid for 3 months.

9. Your Personal Data

We only collect what we need to fulfil your order and stay in touch (name, address, email, phone). Everything is handled under UK and EU data-protection laws (GDPR). You can ask to see, change or delete your data at any time — just email contact@atidas.co.uk.

10. Product Guarantees

Every item comes with a manufacturer’s warranty (details on the product page). If something goes wrong, get in touch straight away and we’ll sort it out — repair, replacement or refund.

Note: Some of our pieces have a deliberate “vintage” or distressed finish — that’s part of their character, not a fault.

11. Our Responsibility

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We can’t be held responsible for things outside our control (internet outages, misuse of products, etc.).

12. Things We Can’t Control (Force Majeure)

Strikes, floods, global chaos — if something truly unavoidable stops us from fulfilling your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated and refund you in full if delivery becomes impossible.

13. Intellectual Property

All photos, text and designs on our site belong to us or our suppliers. Feel free to link to our homepage, but please don’t copy or embed our content without permission.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by UK law. If anything ever needs to go to court, it’ll be handled in the UK.
