1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Personalised or made-to-order items
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Contact@Spinasshop.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may apply.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on the issue.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
